Use EventMate lawfully, fairly, and without harming others.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities

Illegal content/actions, personality rights violations, hate speech, glorification of violence

Fraudulent Activities

Spam, scams, phishing, doxxing

Technical Attacks

Technical attacks (DDoS, brute force), exploits, malware

Access Manipulation

Circumvention of access restrictions, key/token sharing, account sharing

Resource Abuse

Unauthorized automation, mass scraping, data mining against intended use

Rights Violations

Violation of IP rights, trademarks, trade secrets

2. API/Automation

Where APIs/integrations are provided, the following rules apply:

  • Respect published rate limits
  • Use stable identifiers
  • Implement backoff strategies
  • Store tokens securely
  • Respect Discord policies

Important: The use of our APIs is subject to rate limits. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

3. Enforcement

In case of violations of these usage policies, we reserve the right to take the following measures:

Graduated Escalation:

  1. Warning
  2. Feature restriction
  3. Temporary suspension
  4. Immediate termination
  5. Deletion of illegal content

Damages reservation: In case of damages caused by violations of these usage policies, we reserve the right to claim damages.
